The OMQ service center is a dynamic helpdesk page, including questions and answers (FAQ’s). It automatically reacts in real-time to changes in customer behaviour. The order of the displayed FAQ’s depends on the frequency of the use in OMQ systems.

1. Open help page

A search field appears for the input of questions. These include frequently asked questions. In the lower part appears a list with the most frequent categories.

Suitable answers are searched and displayed in real-time.
